What is emis Patient Access?

With Patient Access, you can now access your local GP services at home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. What’s more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.

How do I register?

Please speak to the Reception team. They may need to ask you some simple questions regarding your medical history and they may need to see I.D. Items. If they do need to see I.D items they will need to see two forms of identification, either electronic copies or at Reception. One of these I.D. items must include your photograph, one must contain your address and one must contain your signature. The I.D Item confirming the address must be dated/valid within the last 3 months. Any electronic I.D. items emailed to us must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a signed and dated Grove Medical Centre Identity Documents disclaimer, which can be downloaded here-
