MEDICAL REPORTS
If you require a Medical Report to be completed, you will need to contact the practice on the telephone to book the appointment so we can advise you of the charge and the amount of time required to complete the report
TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS
We are now offerring Telephone Consultations, which allows you to book an appointment for the doctor to call you back during a set time and complete the consultaiton over the phone. If you would like to book a Telephone Consultation, please call the practice on 020 8692 1882 and ask reception.

HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT SERVICES
Our Health Care Assistant is available Monday – Friday.

BLOOD TEST CLINIC
Please book one appointment with either Laurajane or Debbie. All blood test are done in the morning before 10:20 am. You must ensure that you have been referred by a clinican before booking your appointment.
ANTENATAL CARE
This service is provided by the following doctors:

SMEARS
Please book an appointment with a Practice Nurse 4 days after the start of your cycle. If you are unable to get an appointment with the nurse, then book an appointment with one of the following GP’s: Dr. R Forgan, Dr H Barton, Dr D Politi, Dr H Phillips, Dr S Boehm
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
You can request these on-line and would be ready for pick up after 48 working hours. Alternatively, you can arrange with a local chemist so that you can order & pickup your prescriptions from them directly.
