From Monday 17 May 2021 ,you can get proof that you have had your Covid-19 Vaccination by downloading the NHS app or by ordering via the NHS website below.
Please do not contact Grove Medical Centre about your Covid-19 vaccination status. In line with national guidance we cannot provide letters showing your Covid-19 vaccination status. Thank you.

If you have concerns regarding the information about your Covid-19 vaccination on the NHS app, please call 119.
If you do not have access to a smartphone you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (Covid-19 helpline – free from mobiles and landlines) and ask for a letter to be posted to you to prove you have had the Covid-19 Vaccine.
