Asthma UK also have a helpline where you can speak to an expert asthma nurse (Mon-Fri 9-5pm) on 0300 222 5800. You can ask them anything you like about your asthma.

This website tells you all about your medications and has videos showing you how to use each inhaler. Check the video for your inhaler so you can get the medicine into your lungs where its needed to get you breathing better.
