Community Connections supports vulnerable adults in Lewisham in two ways: a combination of community development work and individual community facilitation for vulnerable adults.
To qualify for their support you must be a Lewisham resident 18 years and above who is isolated/lonely or has low mood.
They can:
- Sign post and refer to community services that support wellbeing
- Where available source escorts/volunteers/ befrienders from community services
- Direct to relevant benefit or housing advice services
- Assist in locating a Food bank
