New Patient Participation Group

We are setting up a new patient Patient Participation Group (PPG) at the practice.  Our PPG helps build strong communication between the Practice and our patients. It’s a great way for you to have a say in how the Practice runs and to help us improve the care and services we provide.

The group includes patients, doctors, and our Practice Manager. Together, we discuss general feedback, patient concerns, and ideas for improving how we work. We want to hear your thoughts — what’s working well, what could be better, and any suggestions you have.

Please note: the PPG isn’t the right place to raise individual medical or personal issues. If you have a personal complaint or concern, please use our formal complaints process. However, if a number of patients raise the same issue, the PPG may take this forward on behalf of the wider patient group.
